When Stephanie Hilton Design was looking for a copywriter, she wanted her website to be a key way of communicating her services and interior design process to clients. In other words, she needed her website to work for her, in order to gain new clients and save herself time.

We also helped Stephanie to become more comfortable with being the face of her brand, and introducing herself more openly on her website. Check out personable and engaging content we created for her homepage.

Through many conversations with Stephanie, I was able to discover what strengths and knowledge made her a unique and desirable Interior Designer. These qualities are dispersed throughout the website, but made ultra clear in areas of her website. A good copywriter doesn't represent themselves, but the client. This is why it's so important to get to know those I work with. 

Another goal was to make her Design Process page easier for clients to digest and understand. Part of this process was creating simple but inviting titles for each step of the process, as an addition to the more technical industry terms.

A key to making content more readable online is to isolate the benefits and present them as bullet points. We utilized this technique throughout Stephanie’s Design Process. I also helped plan the layout, placing images all throughout the content, to bring it to life.

Another way that we visually broke up the copy on Stephanie Hilton’s site, was to add Stand out Statements. These are also very helpful for quick-scanning online readers. 

We really wanted Stephanie’s About page to be beautiful to look at, as well as to read. To present it this way, I divided it into 4 sections for her: My Why, My Career Journey, Working Together, & My Pastimes. Here is a sample of how once again, I used copywriting to bring Stephanie’s professional qualities into the spotlight.
